Hastings Paradox ® rifled slug barrels are made to strict standards of manufacture, interchangeability and performance to replace original equipment barrels perfectly, without modification. Premium quality barrels are rifled by hammer-forging, CNC machined from 4140 chrome-moly steel, proof tested and finished with hight lustrous blue. 12 ga. barrels rifled 1-34" twist and 20 ga. barrels rifled 1-24" twist for projectile stability and excellent accuracy. Available in three versions:RIFLE SIGHT MODEL - adjustable Iron Sights for elevation and windage; SCOPE MOUNT MODEL - integral Scope Mount for normal eye relief scopes; MUZZLE BRAKE MODEL - Scope Mount features plus integral muzzle brake. Barrel Select Guide
Remington ® 870™ Barrels have 3" chamber; fit any Standard or Magnum 870 12-ga. receiver (except 870™ Special Field). Also fit Remington® Sportsman™ 12 pump and 870™ Express. NOTE: use only 2 3/4" shells in Remington® guns equipped with 2 3/4" receivers.
Remington ® 870™ LW™ Barrels have 3" chamber, fit any 870LW Express or Youth Model 20 ga. receiver (will not fit M-870™ standard weight or special field 20 ga. guns).
All Remington ® 870 M-870™ Standard Weight 20 Gauge "Wingmaster" were introduced in 1950 and discontinued in favor of the Light-Weight (LW) model in 1972. The M-870™ Standard Weight receivers are identified as full size frames with 2 3/4" chambered guns having serial numbers ending the suffix "X" (#0000000X) and 3" chambered guns having serial numbers ending in the suffix "N" (#0000000N).
Remington ® 1100™ LW - 2 3/4" Chamber. Barrels fit any Standard or Magnum 1100 12-ga. receiver (including Special Field). Note: for 2 3/4" shells only.
Remington ® 870™ Left Hand - 3" Chamber. Barrels fit any standard or magnum left hand 870 12-ga. receiver. Fits Wingmaster and Express Models. Note: use only 2 3/4" shells in Remington® guns equipped with 2 3/4" receivers.
Remington ® 1100 Magnum™ - 3" Chamber. Barrels fit all 3" Magnum 1100™ 12-ga. receivers. Guaranteed to function with all 3" magnum slug loads. May not eject 2 3/4 " loads. NOTE: not for use on 2 3/4" receivers
Remington ® 1100 LT-20. Barrels have 2 3/4" chamber for use on Magnum and 2 3/4" receivers with 2 3/4" slug ammunition. M-1100 LT-20, 20 ga. lightweight barrels will not fit pre-1977 M-1100 LW 20 ga. lightweight or M-1100 standard weight 20 ga. shotguns.
Remington ® 11-87™. Barrels have 3" chamber. Fits only 3" 11-87™ 12-ga. receiver. Guaranteed to function with all 3" magnum slug loads. May not eject 2 3/4" loads. Not for use on 3 1/2 super magnum receivers.
Remington ® 11-87™ Light Contour. Barrels have 3" chamber. Fit any 11-87™ 12-ga. Light Contour receiver.
Browning ® A-5™ - 2 3/4" Chamber. Barrels fit any Light 12™ or Standard 12 receiver (guns manufactured before 1950 may require fitting to accept barrel). NOTE: not for use on 3" magnum receivers.
Browning ® A-5™ Magnum - 3" Chamber. Barrels fit 12-ga. magnum receivers. NOTE: Not for use on 2 3/4" receivers.
Browning ® BPS™. Barrels have 3" chamber and fit any BPS 12-ga. receiver (except 3 1/2" Invector Plus receiver).
Ithaca® Model 37™. Barrels have 3" chamber. Fits most 12-ga. receivers with serial number above 855,000. NOTE: use only 2 3/4" shells in Ithaca® guns equipped with 2 3/4" receivers.
Beretta® A-390™. Barrels have 3" chamber. Fits any A-390 12-ga. Guaranteed to function with all 3" magnum loads. May not eject 2 3/4" loads.

Barrels with Wadlock®
Wadlock Ventilated Rib Shotgun Barrels mark the biggest advance in shotgun technology in many years. Each barrel is hammer forged from chamber to choke with six straight lands and grooves to prevent any rotation of the wad and shot column. Eliminating the rotation of the charge greatly reduces the number of flyer shot that is lost from the pattern due to centrifugal force. This results in a 7% to 10% improvement in pattern efficiency and density by putting more shot on the target where it's needed, regardless of choke. Wadlock® barrels are threaded to receive extra long Hastings® CTII stainless steel chokes which fit flush at the muzzle and deliver improved patterns with steel, lead and buchshot in all sizes. Supplied with 3 interchangeable chokes (Full, Modified, Improved Cylinder and Choke Wrench). Other choices available. Each barrel has a machined non-glare ventilated rib with brass front bead. Reloading Specialties, in their Steel Shotsheel Handbook, speak very well of the Wadlock Barrel. If you don't have a Wadlock Barrel you at least need one of the ultra heavy duty flush mount or extended steel shot choke tubes, especially for the harder shot, i.e. Industrial cast Steel, Hevi-shot, Steel shot.
